On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

Unable to do CL-payment from FCUBS after repayment is failed from OBDX
User is getting "Record is already locked by FCATOP User" error while doing CL-repayment from FCUBS after repayment is failed from OBDX side.

FC-MAINT47 : Unable to Release Lock




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make CL Payment using OBDX
2. Fail to Process with Error Unable to Release Lock


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot Make Payment using Webservice
