MSDTRFFT screen not able to generate MT399 message for FX contracts


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

MT399 message should be generated for FX contracts

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto MSDTRFFT screen.
2. Try to select FX contract ref no in contract reference field.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate MT399 for FX contract from MSDTRFFT screen..
