Peer To Peer Payment Failed With Error "System Cannot Process, Please Try Later" (Doc ID 3011987.1)

Symptoms

Peer to Peer payment with email->Existing User failed. Below error is observed.

ERROR

System cannot process, please try later

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Retails and initiate peer to peer with an email option.
2. Once success, email will be sent for the claim payment.
3. Click on the link received.
4. Choose the Existing user and proceed.
5. On click of "Confirm" button on review screen throws error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to perform P2p txns.
