Customer Number and Line ID editable in View Line Account Linkage

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer Number and Line ID should not be enabled in View Line Account Linkage

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Credit Line Account Linkage Screen
2.Try to edit Customer Number and Line ID
