Checker remarks input in OLDPRMNT screen is not visible after authorization
While authorizing an OBCL product maintenance, though authorizer updates the remarks in Checker remarks field, system removes the same after authorization.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Remarks should not remove
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a Product modification and Save
2. Auth the Same with Remarks
3.check the remarks after Auth

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find Auth Remarks
