Symptoms

User is booking a new RF account and attaching a newly created facility with customer but system is throwing error invalid value for ref_no for customer, facility type and linked ref no.

STEPS

------------

1. Create CIF and Liability.
2. Create a global revolving line facility.
3. Create a local revolving line facility and add global line as parent.
4. Create an RF Account link local revolving line limit with customer.
5. Now visit CLDACCNT or CIDACCNT screen click on New add any CIF visit linkage details tab and add a row and click on linkage details LOV when result is fetched cancel and revisit STDCUSAC screen where RF account is ready to be saved.
6. Click on save and system shows error.
