On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Add payee screen field, Payee Email ID value going out of screen after zooming out the screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In Add payee screen field, Payee Email ID value should be within the screen even after zooming out the screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Client user
2. Go to Payments-> Setups-> Manage Payee
3. Click Create-> Bank Account
4. Input all the fields and the email id field with maximum length
5. click on submit button
6. the max field value going out of screen.
