CL | Not Able To Liquidate Loans During Capitalized Interest Schedules (Doc ID 3013367.1)

On : 14.6.0.5.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CL | Not able to liquidate loans during Capitalized interest Schedules

For CL contract (001SI01233051804), having capitalized interest schedules, user performs full pre-payment with the outstanding accrued interest & total Outstanding principal.
After payment, system does not liquidates the contract, instead the contract stays in Active State

Note: Fix was provided in bug 36140148 for liquidating loans during capitalized Moratorium Period and is working as expected. Same should be applied for liquidation during capitalized schedules

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should liquidates the contract without fails.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a backdated contract with Interest schedules as capitalized
2. Perform payment by paying the Interest accrued till date & full principal amount
3. After payment, validate if contract is liquidated

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can't able to liquidates the contract.

Changes

 Fix :- Code changes given such that system updated the schedules table properly and updates loan status as liquidated, if user makes full pre-payment towards a simple bearing CL contract having capitalized interest schedules.
