ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Error description is not showing in screen PMSFLEVW/PMDFLEVW

We uploaded a pain from from PMDFLEVP screen. After upload referred screen PMSFLEVW/PMDFLEVW and can view the error code but error description is not showing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Error description should show in screen PMSFLEVW/PMDFLEVW

Changes

 We have added code to execute refineMessage() when error description is null as well
