Qif, Ofx Download Options not Available for Downloading Account Transactions Reports and Other UI Issues (Doc ID 3014041.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Issue 1: Only PDF, CSV options available for download on current account savings account (CASA) transactions screen.
Issue 2: Opening and closing balance not displayed on CASA transactions screen.
Issue 3: Pdf download option is not working for any of the filters at randomly
Issue 4: Last 10 transactions filter option opening and closing balance is not visible on screen.
Issue 5: If the opening and closing buttons are not visible on user interface (UI), UI becomes stuck and none of the scenarios work for download.
Issue 6: Downloaded reports provided no header information.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Issue 1: PDF,CSV,QIF and OFX options should be present for download.
Issue 2: Opening and closing balance should be displayed on screen.
Issue 3: Pdf download option should work with any of the filters at randomly.
Issue 4: For Last 10 transactions filter option opening and closing balance should be visible.
Issue 5: If the opening and closing buttons are not visible, the UI should not become stuck and all download scenarios should work.
Issue 6: Downloaded reports should have header information.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to accounts > current account & savings account (CASA)>Transactions
3. Please check the filters and click on download, note the options
