ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unauthorized new record is not displayed in summary screen PMSBTPRF

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Unauthorized record should be displayed in summary screen.
Note - record is displayed only after authorizing the record directly from detailed screen PMDBTPRF.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new record in PMDBTPRF and it is unauth status.
2. Navigate to summary screen PMSBTPRF.
