OBVAM - VAM Closure Issue (Doc ID 3014807.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBVAM - VAM Closure Issue
In the Account Bank Configuration we have maintained Account Closure Preferences.

In Create Account Closure screen, selected VAM account to close which is Credit Only. This Closure VAM has some balance and so selected another VAM account number for balance transfer. After Authorization of this record, when we checked the closure status of this VAM it is Failed with error message as Debit Transactions are not allowed. We clicked on retry then it got completed.

First time it is failing with error message and then clicked on retry it is passing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

First Time when Closure Job is picking the record itself it should be success but after retry(second time) only it is success.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Create Account Closure screen,
2. Select VAM account to close which is Credit Only.
3. This Closure VAM has some balance and so selected another VAM account number for balance transfer.
4. After Authorization of this record, when we checked the closure status of this VAM it is Failed with error message as Debit Transactions are not allowed.
5. We clicked on retry then it got completed.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, VAM is failed with error message.

Changes

 Added pending check along with InProgress check for VA closure status in account check. Also moved the flag (throwError)  out of loop.
