On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GEDACCNT (Account/Contract Balance for Netting) screen - Unable to authorize the changes when attempting to maintain balance netting for liability.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to authorize the netting contribution and display the details in facility maintenance (GEDFACLT) screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CIF with track limits and 'Netting Required' fields checked.
2. Create an account in STDCUSAC (Customer Accounts) with 'Netting Required' field checked in Limits tab.
3. Create a facility in GEDFACLT with the netting required flag checked.
4. Launch GEDACCNT screen for the liability number, give the account number created in step 2 as the Reference no and capture the Line code created in step 3.
5. Save GEDACCNT.
6. Try to authorize the GEDACCNT record.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the changes and view the netting contribution provided for liabilities.
