Replication To PLATOCORE for account should happen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.While We create an account in FCUBS , system propagates data in PLATOCORE , FCCORE .
2.It inserts with process status as X in sttb_req_master
3. On authorization that status gets updated with U
4.EXT_ASYNCALL will pick the records with U and it will replicated to PLATOCORE .
5. Here record is not getting updated with status U and EXT_ASYNCALL will not pick up for replication.
