ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Issue 1: When the 'pay to' field is empty, users can successfully submit the record.
Issue 2:When 'renew special amount' is selected as the maturity instruction, system allows the user to save the record without providing the roll over amount and no information is displayed after hitting the submit button.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Issue 1: When the 'Pay to' field is empty, user should not be able to save the record.
Issue 2: When 'renew special amount' is selected as the maturity instructions, system shouldn't allow the user to save the record without providing the roll over amount and information should be displayed after click the submit button.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate maker
2. Navigate to accounts > term deposits > edit maturity instructions
3. Fill the deposit account details and maturity instructions details
4. Now, click on submit the details.
5. Please check that when the 'Pay to' field is empty, users can successfully submit the record and successfully go to the next screen.

1. Login via corporate maker
2. Navigate to accounts > term deposits > edit maturity instructions
3. Please fill the deposit account details and select 'renew special amount' in maturity instructions details and submit.
