ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MT202 Message is going to Business Override queue and Fields are missing.
When we Liquidate a bill, System is generating MT202 message, but it is displaying empty text in message body in BC screen under Events.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is message should be generated with all required fields.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Partially Liquidate the Bill
2. Input the Settlement details
3. Save and Auth the liquidation

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find the message correct
