ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After clicking on Back button on User Report Mapping Review Page, Party Id and Party Name fields appear on the page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After clicking on Back button on User Report Mapping Review Page, Only those fields should appear which are available during initiation.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Admin.
2. Navigate to Report mapping screen.
3. Create/Edit any user.
4 Click on Save button.
5. On review page click on Back button.
