SEPA Instant Auto Rejection From ECA Is Not Updating The Related Status Properly (Doc ID 3017195.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.3.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SEPA instant Auto rejection from ECA is not updating the related status properly

ECA - Auto reject is maintained.
External Error code is maintained for sepa instant in PMDRJMNT.

ISSUE
---------
1) ECA status is displaying blank.

2) Process status in PMSBTTXN is not updated properly, still displaying as ECA queue.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1) ECA status should displaying as cancelled.

2) Process status in PMSBTTXN also should be updated properly, and pain002 should be generated.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload pain001 for sepa insta
2. Transaction generated and individual transaction moved to ECA queue.
3. Negative response is received from external system.
4. Transaction status is updated as cancelled.
