Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
It is observed for OBCM (Oracle Banking Cash Management) Cash forecasting file upload after it is processed, when file is downloaded in CSV(Comma Separated Values) format, there is no data in the file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When file downloaded in CSV format, data should be there in the file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user
2. Navigate to toggle Menu > File Upload > Uploaded File Inquiry
3. Click on the reference number
4. Click on Download as CSV
5. No data in the downloaded file
