Symptoms
When attempting to initiate Letter Of Credit by submitting input fields in Arabic locale UI Validation error is observed and on Charges Tab,
following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application with Arabic locale
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Letter of credit-->Initiate LC
3. Fill details in places having input as text and navigate to charges tab
