Symptoms
While trying to download receipt for Cash Withdrawal below error is observed on screen.

System cannot process the request, please try again later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Cash Management > Collections > Create Cash Withdrawal.
3. Fill up the details and create a Cash Withdrawal and on the confirmation screen click on the link to view Cash Withdrawal Receipt.
4. On the Cash Withdrawal Receipt click on Download link.
