FCUBS Error Code -6502 Failed To Save Record For SI Transaction. (Doc ID 3022582.1)

Symptoms

When we make the SI (Many to One / One to Many) transactions, for the 1st transaction we can check Settlements tab and transaction flow. But for the 2nd transaction, we can't check Settlements tab, and its shows the following error.

"Error Message Not Found For The Error Code -6502 Please Maintain The Same".

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch SIDTRONL and click new.
2. Fill in the data on debit credit accounts and amounts.
3. Check the Settlements tab for 1st transaction flow.
4. Fill in the data on debit credit accounts and amounts for the 2nd transaction.
5. Then check again for the Settlements tab for 2nd transaction flow. At this time system shows the error message “Error Message Not Found For The Error Code -6502 Please Maintain The Same”.
