EL-EXRES-01 - Error occurs when exposure code restriction maintained as Allowed at Facility Level (Doc ID 3023370.1)

On utilizing a facility which has allowed exposure code mentioned under Exposure restrictions in Facility Maintenance (GEDFACLT) screen, the below mentioned error occurs:

EL-EXRES-01 - Exposure $1 restricted at Facility Level

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to GEDEXPBL (Track Exposure Maintenance) screen.
2. Do Maintain the exposure amount/ block amount of an exposure limit and Save/Authorize.
3. Launch GEDFACLT screen and do maintain the facility for a liability ID.
4. Click on "Limit Restrictions" button and Specify the exposure name under Exposure Restriction with restriction type as "Allowed".
5. Go to CLDACCNT (Account Details) screen and book a lending contract for respective liability in which the facility has been maintained.
6. Verify the linkages under Facility linkage details tab.
7. Save/Authorize the contract and check if the contract has been created successfully.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot utilize the facilities attached by booking any contracts for respective liabilities.
