OBTFPM - Export LC Re Open - Effective date error

There is no effective date field in Re Open, hence effective date cannot be changed by user. Still system giving error as Field Effective Date of Contract Details cannot be Modified.
Scenario- Current branch date - 03-03-2024, Issue date - 01-02-2024, Effective date 03-03-2024

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Export LC Re Open
2. Move to DE stage
3. Move to Advices Data Segment
4. System is throwing error


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete Export LC Re Open- DE stage.

Changes

Skipped the operation code logic for export lc closure and export lc reopen process both conventional and Islamic process. Whatever as part of contract is available, same will be sent to OBTF during simulation &hand off time.
