OBLM || Key Store Pass-word With Encrypted Value Is Not Working For OBRH Services (Doc ID 3024779.1)

Last updated on MAY 24, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Banking Liquidity Management - Version 14.7.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

In OBLM, Key store Password with encrypt value is not working for cmc-obrh-services.

For cmc-obrh-services in Properties table for the key "obrh.core.keystore.password" is working only with actual value (when user kept key "obrh.core.keystore.password.encoded" value as "false") not with base-64 or Config Service encryption (when user kept key "obrh.core.keystore.password.encoded" value as "true").

Hence, cmc-obrh-services service is going for failed state with error as below: "java.security.UnrecoverableKeyException:Password Verification Failed".

User wants to know how to encrypt the value.
