ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Net balance field in STDBLINQ screen is incorrect , balance is displayed as 0.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Net balance should be displayed as 10000.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Navigate to STDCUSAC screen.
2)Click on new.
3)Create CASA account.
4)Create OD limit in GEDFACLT screen with limit 10000.
5)Link the OD created to CASA account.
6)Navigate to STDBLINQ, Verify the Net balance field
