Symptoms

User is facing below error while deploying plato-config-service war.

ERROR

weblogic.application.ModuleException: org.flywaydb.core.api.FlywayException: No value provided for placeholder: ${router.protocol}. Check your configuration!:org.flywaydb.core.api.FlywayException:No value provided for placeholder: ${router.protocol}. Check your configuration!

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy latest 14.5 version
2. Verify whether the config war deployment is successful
