USSAR[8125]: Corrected/Amended SARs Showing Incorrect "Created By" Field (Doc ID 3025590.1)

Symptoms

When taking the "Correct/Amend SAR" action on a SAR that was originally not filed by the entity taking the Correct/Amend action, the "Created By" field on the UI still displays the entity who created the original SAR.

 

RSS:8.1.2.5

1. Login to CRR
2. Pick a report that is in 'Filed' status from the search and list page.
3. open the report and click on 'Generate C/A Report'
4. a new reports gets generated and fct_regulatory_report.V_REP_CREATEDBY is populated with initial report createdby user.

The expected result is the Created By field displays the individual who took the "Correct/Amend SAR" action.
