ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Lei (Legal entity identifier) code entered during Initiation of domestic payments is not passed in host request to OBPM

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Lei (Legal entity identifier) code should get passed to OBPM

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Navigate to Payments-->Funds Transfer
3. Initiate Domestic transfer
