ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Dispatch record is not getting generated for pain008 SDD txns

Transaction is not getting dispatched as record is not getting generated in PMSVWPNR.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
File should be dispatched.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
ECA and sanction enabled for the customer.
Latest Collection Dispatch Days: 2/4
Earliest Collection Dispatch Days: 5

1. Day 1 - Upload pain008 with requested execution date as D+1.
2. Transaction is generated and pending in SC queue.
3. Day 2- date change, Sanction is approved from the queue.
4. Dispatch date is displayed as on application date.
