OBPM| Same BC Number Generated In 2 Different Multi BC Transactions From OBBRN (Doc ID 3026759.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Multi BC transaction -> When Two Tellers of a Same Branch did at the same time.
Both tellers submitted the transaction in 3rd level at the same time. System issued Instrument numbers to both these transactions and unfortunately One instrument number is issued to 2 transactions of different teller's Multi BC transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Multi BC transaction should not generate the same instrument twice for 2 different users of same branch.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Multi BC transaction by User 1 and User 2 from same branch.
2. In Sentback level, User 1 and User 2 submits the transaction at same time.
3. Verify the instrument number generated.
