Symptoms

How the phone numbers are being shipped from the ECM to SAR module?

Below are the issues identified with respect to phone number.
Issue 1: Maximum of 2 phone numbers are populating in SAR module per customer
Issue 2: Phone numbers being populated with a different number in SAR for the same phone type showing in ECM
Issue 3: Phone numbers are converting from mobile to work


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Take an AML case
2. go to the customer tab under entities
3. Add phone numbers ex: 123 and 456
4. Mark that customer as an involved party
5. Modify phone number ex: from 123 to 321
6. Close and Generate SAR
7. log in to USSAR and verify the phone under the subject information

Issue #1: Only 2 phone numbers are populating in the SAR module
Issue #2: it shows 123 and 456 because the entries were moved to kdd_case_involved_party_detail when the user marks the customer as an involved party. Changes after marking as an involved party are not reflecting

Issue#3: Phone numbers are converting from mobile to work. this is because suspect mobile is saving under kdd_case_involved_party_detail.WORK_PHON_NB
