ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to Approve incoming SWIFTMX txns from PQSEACQU
System is displaying as error 'No record exist with a given reference number XXXX PA-TXP-054', unable to approve/cancel the payment


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to approve/cancel from PQSEACQU


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

ECA for the customer.

1. Upload Incoming pacs008 for SWIFT MX.
2. EAC initiated and payment moved to EAC queue.
3. Approve the EAC from EAC queue PQSEACQU
