SAXParseException Occured During ACH-CT Dispatch ,when User Miss To Give Debtor /creditor Name (Doc ID 3028225.1)

Goal

1)During PYDOTONL transaction creation , if user miss to give debtor /creditor name .system save and authorize the PY-transaction successfully.

2) But during ACH-credit dispatch ,when user miss to give debtor /creditor name system throws the error "SAXParseException occured".
