OBTFPM - Export LC Closure : Getting Charge Simulation Failed (Doc ID 3028422.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Export LC Closure, when user clicks on Advice tab, charge simulation error is happening.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expectation is there to be no charge simulation failure.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBTFPM.
2. Go to Trade Finance.
3. Go to Export LC Closure.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users when going through Export LC Closure, are facing charge simulation error when clicking on Advices tab. They see the following error:

Unable to process charge simulation request. -
ST-AMND-002 - Field Transferable of Contract Details cannot be Modified.
ST-AMND-003 - Field Description of Document Details in Record Code-INSSTRK_ROIT cannot be Modified.
