ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The system does not generate MX202 SWIFT message when the liquidation of BC is done using collateral

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The system has to generate MX202 SWIFT message when the liquidation of BC is done using collateral.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a LC with Collateral of 20% available at customer level
2. Book a BC with the collateral transferred from LC
3. Partially liquidate the BC verify the MX202 message generated
