Symptoms

On : 22.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support

When attempting to register into the application, the following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process the request, please try again later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch an obdx application.
2. Click on register new.
3. Fill the details and click submit.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot register to the application.
