Symptoms

A customer having dormant account gets below error on the Dashboard screen after login.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with a user having dormant account.
2. After login when the dashboard loads for the user the error is observed on screen.
