Inf tag in reg reporting is not updated in pass through txn|

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Inf tag in reg reporting should get updated in pass through txn|

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload an incoming Pacs008
2. Regulatory reporting details are available in Pacs008
3. Pass through txn is created in non STP queue
4. Release the txn from non-STP
5. Outgoing txn is created
6. Regulatory reporting along with information successfully updated in the screen
7. Information tag is missing in outgoing Pacs008
