ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When the Bank's User tries retrieve their Username from the Forgot Username Screen, No Email is sent to the User.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
When the Bank's User tries retrieve their Username from the Forgot Username Screen, An Email with details regarding the Username should be sent to the User.
STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Login Screen.
2. Click on Forgot Username
3. Enter User's Email and DOB
4. Click the Submit button and wait for an Email with the Username details

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Users don't receive email with their username details for the Forgot Username scenario.
