Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For multilevel authorization workflow configured, when maker initiates a transaction, approver at level 1 does not receive alerts for approval, subsequent approvers receives alert for approval.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Next authorizer in a workflow should receive alert based upon configured workflow.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application as admin
2. Create a workflow with 2/3 level of approval
3. Login as corporate maker
4. Initiate the payment
