KYC Daily Failing Because Of Parameter Not Assigned (Doc ID 3035845.1)

Symptoms

KYC daily batch is failing 

AML version : 8127

Platform version : 8124

Changes

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Log in as the KYC Administrator. The KYC application home page is displayed.
2. Navigate to the path Common Tasks> Rule Run Framework > Run Then Run page is displayed.
3. Click to expand the page.
4. Select the batch you want to run and click Fire Run. The Fire Run page is displayed
5. On the Fire Run page, provide the required values. If the IPEKYCRun daily batch is selected then provide the following values in Parameters option. [MODELID]=PROD,[VERSION]=0,[APP_ID]=OFS_KYC.

6. Then run the KYC regular batch it will fail with the below exception

Error Msg = ORA-00936: missing expression as parameters are not replaced
