ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cover message not getting generated for cover payment|
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System shall generate Pacs008 with settlement method as COV
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a CBPR plus txn from PSDOCBCT screen
2. Provide all the mandatory details
3. Click on enrich
4. Based on the settlement method, transfer currency and creditor agent, system evaluates this payment as cover payment and updates cover information
5. Save and auth the txn
6. We observe that pacs009 is generated but pacs008 is not generated
7. Expectation is that system shall generate Pacs008 with settlement method as COV
