Symptoms

When attempting to do disbursement inquiry, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Account relationship mapping is not available. Please contact your bank administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as the retail user who has a loan account.
2. Go to Loan & Finances > Disbursement Inquiry.
3. We encounter the following error: 'Account relationship mapping is not available. Please contact your bank administrator.'
4. Bank have already set up the relationship matrix properly.
