ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 MMSTRONL summary query is not fetching data when searching via user ref number


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Query should fetch records in summary screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
step1 - Create a MM contract using external system interface
step 2 : do f7/f8 and check if contract is created in MMDTRONL
step 3: search the MM contract using user ref no search criteria
