CLDUDCMT - Enter Query Not Working Properly (Doc ID 3037066.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

CLDUDCMT (User Defined Element Cascade) - Enter Query option is not working properly and the following error occurs.

SM-IVAL01 - Entered data is incorrect

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Save and authorize a record in CLDUDCMT.
2. CLSUDCMT (User Defined Element Cascade Summary) screen, query with reference number and double click system will work properly
3. When attempt to query with same reference number in CLDUDCMT screen and click on execute query, system throws an error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot query the contract and view the results.
