On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

GEDTRANS - System is not working for rearrange the limit line post close

System allows to transfer facility amount from one line to another by negative limit line.

When user transfer amount 2L from line R_TLN1 to R_TLG1 then system allow to do it. But in limit line R_TLN1 was not having available balance of 2L. System allow it by negative the available balance of limit line, then after that if user close the transfer transaction. But facility amount is not rearrange/refund.

Actual : Post closure the system has not reverse the transferred amount

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected : Post closure the system should reverse the transferred amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a facility L1:07500XXXX>>R_TLN1 and L2: 07500XXXX>>R_TLG1
2. Create a transfer (GEDTRANS)
  >> From Liab: 07500XXXX (R_TLN1), Available amount = 1,XX,XXX
  >> To Liab : 07500XXXX (R_TLG1), Available amount = 2,XX,XXX
  >> Transfer amount = 2,XX,XXX
3. Able to save and authorize the record
4. Verify the available amount for facility R_TLN1, Available amount = -1,XX,XXX
5. Try to close the GEDTRANS record
6. Verify the available amount for facility R_TLN1, Available amount = -1,XX,XXX

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Post closure the system has not reverse the transferred amount.
