While applying personal loan application, below error is observed.

Sum of Individual Repayment Shares should be equal to 100%

STEPS
-------
1) On OBDX home page, click on apply for " Origination->Personal Loan"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to submit personal loan application.
