Symptoms
WE have setup charges of 5 OMR and 0.25 VAT on each transaction. For Generic wires cross border, if transfer currency is OMR, it is working fine. If transfer currency is USD then transaction is failing while calculating charges in USD for 5 OMR.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generic wire cross border transfer
2. If transfer currency is USD
3. It is failing in the calculating the charges in USD for the 5 OMR
