Error DE-BAT01 When User 1 Cancels the Batch Operation and User 2 is trying to use Same Batch No (Doc ID 3037364.1)

Symptoms

The user uses the batch number <> in DEDJNLON but before saving cancels the operation. When other uses the same batch number in DEDJNLON error is thrown.

ERROR
-------------
Last operation ID is different from current user id - DE-BAT01
Failed to Process the Request - ST-SAVE-028

STEPS
-------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch DEDJNLON
2. Click new and input the details for batch no
3. Cancel the operation
4. Login as different user
5. In DEDJNLON screen use the same batch no 
6. Verify whether user is able to save the batch.
